MAINTENANCE/HEAD CUSTODIAN

Qualifications:

  • Strong vocational and or building trades experience  
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Good physical condition with ability to lift
  • Demonstrates excellent cleaning, organizational, and math skills

Job Goal: 

  • This position is supervisory and includes basic repairs, maintenance, and cleaning.  Applicants would be overseeing custodial employment while having the ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, parents, school board, and community  

Terms of Employment:

  • Salary and Benefits are negotiable based on experience and skills
  • Benefits include vacation, insurance, investment plan, and paid holidays
  • Full-time with a 260-Day contract

ENGLISH LANGUAGE ARTS – GRADES 7-12

Start Date:  ASAP

 

Position is for a 7-12 English Language Arts teacher at Ulen-Hitterdal Public School.  Salary and benefits will be part of the Master Agreement.


Requirements:

Must have a valid MN license for teaching English Language Arts or be able to obtain the appropriate license from PELSB, Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board.

Qualifications:

  • Teaching or Student Teaching Experience working

  • Ability to build relationships with students, colleagues, and community

  • Proper communication skills with students, parents and staff


Responsibilities:

  • Identify the needs of students through formal and informal assessments

  • Plan, develop and implement appropriate lessons through the Language Arts curriculum

  • Update all necessary records accurately as required by laws, district policies and school regulations

  • Attend department, school and parent meetings 

  • Other job-related duties as assigned
